Last October when the World Series were being played in LA, it was a record breaking evening on the Malibu Coast with the temperature still in upper 90’s well after sunset. Off shore a bit it was in the low 100’s. Bugs were bitting my like crazy and I even broke out in a sweat even with all the sea spray raining down on me.
This unusually warm temperature helped to create more moss on the rocks than usual so I took advantage of this rare opportunity. Even the distant Islands were visible compliments of the Santa Ana winds blowing fiercely in all directions.
The ocean joined in with its pounding surf and the golden colors in the sky made this a memorable evening that would be hard to match…
